STEP 1. Visit Kotak Mahindra Net Banking website
STEP 2. Click on “Register for Net Banking”
STEP 3. Enter your CRN or Card number [If you don’t know your CRN then type CRN & send it to 9971056767 from your Registered Mobile]. Solve the Captcha, Check the Terms & Conditions Box & Click on Continue.
STEP 4. To verify your details answer any two questions & Click on “Continue”
STEP 5. Select Debit Card/Virtual Debit Card details to Generate Password, Enter your Card Details & Click on “Continue”
STEP 6. Create a 6 Digit Password, Enter the Password again & Click on “Submit”

STEP 7. Now, Click on “Go To Login Page”
STEP 8. Enter your CRN Number, Also enter the 6 digit password that you created plus the 6 digit PIN that you received in your Registered Mobile Number ie., you have to enter the 12 digit password & Click on “SECURE LOGIN”
STEP 9. An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number & Email ID. Type that OTP & Click on “SECURE LOGIN”
STEP 10. Kotak Mahindra Net Banking Welcome screen will appear. Click on “Continue”
STEP 11. Change Password Screen will appear. Type the 12 digit password. [6 digit password created by you plus 6 digit password sent to your Registered Number together]. Create a new password & Re-enter the password again & click on Go.
STEP 12. Now, you have to answer 4 security questions. Confirm the answers also.
STEP 13. Now, you have to create your Internet Banking Username. Create a Username following the conditions given by the bank & Click on “Save”
Congratulations!! You have successfully activated Internet banking in Kotak Mahindra Bank. You will be logged in tour Kotak Mahindra Bank Internet Banking Dashboard.
