How to transfer money from Yono SBI to another account?

You can transfer money from Yono SBI to another account easily. YONO SBI is an integrated digital banking platform by State Bank of India (SBI).

YONO SBI offers users to access a variety of financial and other services such as flight, train, bus and taxi bookings, online shopping, or medical bill payments under one roof. YONO is available for both Android and iOS.

 

To transfer money from Yono SBI to another account you should have Yono SBI installed & activated in your phone. To activate Yono SBI you will need SBI Internet banking. But, If you don’t have SBI Internet banking then you can activate it from Yono SBI app itself. After that you can transfer money from Yono SBI to another account.

 

Steps to transfer fund from Yono SBI to another account?

Step 1. Login Yono SBI app with MPIN or User Name & Password

Step 2. Tap on “YONO Pay”

Step 3. There are three options available to transfer money from Yono SBI:

  • Through Quick Transfer option (You can pay upto Rs.25000/- instantly)
  • Bank Account option (By adding Beneficiary)
  • BHIM UPI option

To transfer money from Yono SBI through Quick Transfer option follow the following steps:

Step 1. Tap on “Quick Transfer” under “YONO Pay”

Step 2. Type your SBI Internet Banking Profile Password

Step 3. Select Beneficiary’s Bank (SBI or Other Bank). You can also pay using Beneficiary’s Mobile Number

Step 5.Now,type the amount that you want to pay. Submit your Remarks & Tap “Pay”

Step 17. An One Time Password will be sent to your Mobile Number. Type that OTP & Tap “Next”’

Option 2. How to transfer fund from Yono SBI to another account through Bank Account option?

To transfer money from Yono SBI through Bank Account option you need to add the beneficiary earlier. After than only you can transfer money or funds with this option. However, to transfer money from Yono SBI to another account through Bank Account option follow these following steps:

Step 1. Tap on “BANK Account” under “YONO Pay”

Step 2.You can search your beneficiary or you can select your beneficiary from “Other Accounts dropdown”

Step 3. Type the amount to transfer, Type Remarks & Tap on “Next” (You can also schedule to pay later)

Step 4. A confirmation screen will appear. Click on “I have read & agreed to the Terms & Conditions” & Tap on “Confirm”

Step 4. An One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Mobile Number. Type that OTP & Tap Next

Congratulations!! your transaction is successful. You will receive a message from SBI

Option 3. How to transfer fund from Yono SBI to another account through BHIM UPI option?

To transfer money from Yono SBI through BHIM UPI option you have Tap on BHIM UPI option & have to create your UPI Account. After that you will get a UPI Id with which you can send money. Also with the UPI Id you can also request a UPI user to send money to use.

Conclusion: Though there are three options available to transfer money from Yono SBI to another account the fastest option to transfer fund is by adding beneficiary ie, Option 2. However,If you have to pay money to someone hardly then Quick Transfer could be a better option.While UPI is also a better Option but it sometimes does not work due to network error.
